Practice Manager
Michelle has worked in the dental field for more than 17 years and has experience in both clinical and front office roles. Her background gives her a unique understanding of the full patient experience, from the treatment chair to the front desk, and helps her ensure every visit runs smoothly. Since joining Dr. Reeder in 2022, Michelle has loved helping create a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate environment for patients. She takes pride in supporting the team and making sure every person who walks through the doors feels cared for and understood. You'll almost always find Michelle with a coffee in hand, keeping things running behind the scenes! Outside of work, she is happily married to her high school sweetheart, and they have one amazing daughter.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Denise graduated from San Joaquin Valley College in 2013 and began working with Dr. Reeder in 2022. From the moment she joined Prescott Peak Dental, she knew the office was special. She truly values the positive culture and the opportunity to work with a doctor who genuinely cares for both his patients and his team. She is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and appreciates that she and Dr. Reeder share the same strong ethical values when it comes to doing what is best for every patient. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two amazing sons. She loves golfing, hiking, and horseback riding; activities that reflect her roots growing up on an Arabian horse ranch. She and her husband also run a small dog breeding business, where they raise Aussiedoodles with the same care and dedication she brings to her work in dentistry.
Hannah
Lead Dental Assistant
Hannah graduated from the Horizon School of Dental Assisting in 2013 and joined the Prescott Peak Dental team in April 2025. She has always loved working in the dental field and takes pride in being part of a team that truly puts patient care first. She enjoys helping create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient who visits the office and brings a cheerful attitude and problem-solving mindset to everything she does. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her orange tabby cat, Jerry, and loves to paint whenever she has the chance.

Patient Care Coordinator
April graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2008 and has been passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for ever since. She loves the small-town, genuine feel of Prescott Peak Dental and the amazing teamwork that makes each day enjoyable. Over the years, April has gained experience in both the front office and clinical sides of dentistry, giving her the versatility to support patients and her team wherever she is needed. She takes pride in creating a welcoming experience and helping make each patient's visit as comfortable as possible. Outside of work, April is a proud mom of two boys. She enjoys spending her free time hiking, reading, meditating, bowling, and catching a good baseball game.
Nancy
Dental Assistant
Nancy joined the practice as a Dental Assistant in August 2026, bringing more than 15 years of experience in patient care and clinical dental procedures with both adults and children. She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, especially those who may feel nervous about visiting the dentist, and enjoys being part of a patient-focused team. Her positive attitude, attentive listening, and clear communication help create a supportive experience for patients and colleagues alike. Nancy also values opportunities to continue learning and growing alongside her team. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, walking, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering through her faith to help others find answers to their questions.
Jasmine
Hygiene Assistant
Jasmine joined the practice as a Hygiene Assistant in July 2026 after attending the American Institute of Dental Assisting. She enjoys being part of a supportive team and contributing to a positive experience for both patients and her coworkers. Jasmine is excited to continue growing in her role and developing her skills as part of the practice team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter, Hazel.
