Practice Manager
I’m Michelle Widrick, the Practice Manager here at Prescott Peak Dental. I’ve worked in the dental field for more than 15 years and have experience in both clinical and front office roles. That background helps me understand the full patient experience, from the treatment chair to the front desk, and ensure every visit runs smoothly. Since joining Dr. Reeder in 2022, I’ve loved helping create a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate environment for our patients. I take pride in supporting our team and making sure each person who walks through our doors feels cared for and understood. You’ll almost always find me with a coffee in hand, keeping things running behind the scenes! Outside of work, I’m happily married to my high school sweetheart, and we have one amazing daughter, Emery.

I graduated from San Joaquin Valley College in 2013 and started working with Dr. Reeder in 2022. From the moment I started here at Prescott Peak Dental, I knew this office was special. I truly value our positive culture and the opportunity to work with a doctor who genuinely cares for both his patients and his team. I’m passionate about providing exceptional patient care and appreciate that Dr. Reeder and I share the same strong ethical values when it comes to doing what’s best for every patient. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two amazing sons. I love golfing, hiking, and horseback riding; activities that reflect my roots growing up on an Arabian horse ranch. My husband and I also run a small dog breeding business, where we raise Aussiedoodles with the same care and dedication I bring to my work in dentistry.

I was born and raised in Prescott and graduated from Bradshaw Mountain High School in 2005. I went on to earn my associate degree from Yavapai Community College and later graduated from Altrain Dental Assisting School in 2014. I’m trained in CPR, infection control, health and safety, and coronal polishing. I truly enjoy being part of the Prescott Peak Dental team, where everyone works together to provide the highest quality care. I take pride in making sure every patient I meet feels comfortable and confident in the care they receive.

Lead Dental Assistant
I graduated from the Horizon School of Dental Assisting in 2013 and joined the Prescott Peak Dental team in April 2025. I’ve always loved working in the dental field and take pride in being part of a team that truly puts patient care first. I enjoy helping create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient who visits our office and bring a cheerful attitude and problem-solving mindset to everything I do. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my orange tabby cat, Jerry, and love to paint whenever I have the chance.

Dental Assistant & Hygienist Assistant
I graduated from Saguaro High School in 1979 and from Apollo Dental School in 1984. I joined the Prescott Peak Dental team in September 2025 and love being part of a group that truly feels like family. As a hygiene assistant, I help keep our office running smoothly and ensure that every patient is cared for comfortably and efficiently. I’m passionate about what I do and continue to grow in my profession by taking additional courses and combining my experience with compassion to provide excellent care. Prescott has been my home for 28 years, and I’m fortunate to live close to my mother. Outside of the office, I enjoy snow and water skiing, hiking, horseback riding, and glamping.

Hi, I’m April! I graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2008 and have been passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for ever since. I love the small-town, genuine feel of our office and the amazing teamwork that makes every day enjoyable. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in both the front office and clinical sides of dentistry, which helps me support our patients and team wherever needed. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two boys. I enjoy spending my free time hiking, reading, meditating, bowling, and catching a good baseball game.
